      Good location, very nice facilities, 3 weeks vacation time, good insurance and 401k matching

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, high level organizational structure is somewhat odd and confusing, NA major appliances is sort of snotty to the other sales divisions

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
