-Much more flexible for family time -Offers Remote and moving towards Hybrid roles for all employees -Good Employees -Stable company
Cons
-Health Insurance Costs (GE Benefits..so can't really change those) -Claims can be a difficult job for some people so there is turnover which can lead to extremely busy points -Pay could be more competitive relative to market in some areas
