Pros
Developers who started as juniors get a variety of challenging tasks that they might not have gotten elsewhere (great for experience). Also, Elbit often promotes developers from the company for management positions (and does not recruit outside developers for these positions).
Cons
Organizational politics, sometimes outdated technologies.
