Pros
- some good teammates - some flexibility - a start if you want to break into the industry - bank holidays off
Cons
- the micromanaging has gone insane. wouldnt be surprised if they start making you document your bathroom breaks soon. - zero support from leadership UNLESS you are a top performer and unless you are a top performer you are just an employee ID to them and they will make that known. You will only hear about top performers and it is the same people over and over bc other employees dont get support needed to thrive - they frown on you taking vacation time to the point it feels like you are punished if you take it. i have worked at other fintech sales jobs and have always been encouraged to take vacation time. most people work on their vacation because they are afraid - they train you that you are only going to be presales and sales but no you will be handling customer service issues all day because they are endless and customer service sends them back to you even though you dont have the tools to help them - technology for small business are NOT on par with competitors and you will be expected to sell it like it is. More expensive than competitors. Lots of issues with devices and nobody to help you resolve them. - a lot of people are leaving or looking to leave. They are losing good reps that are not getting the support they need to thrivve
