Pros
This is a fast-growing company here in the US, this is one to look out for. The company will double in personnel in the next 6 months. We just doubled in square footage and bringing manufacturing to the US. Very fast paced and a lot is expected of the employees. This organization is breeding leaders as several employees have been promoted. Others that could not keep up have simply been let go, hence the negative comments here on Glassdoor. The CEO in Germany is very pleasant and very understanding since our market has different dynamics. The President here in the US is a very down to earth person focused on growing a company with a team approach.
Cons
If you are not self-motivated, this is no place for you. Salary is average for the geographic area, commission is available and it is not capped. If you are not self-motivated you will be micro managed.
