The training was almost nonexistent. The staff contained at least one bully who created hostility in the work environment, and though management was aware, it was allowed to go on. There was poor communication and slow response when help was needed.

Some coworkers cared deeply about patients, and home health can be rewarding when quality care is possible.
Cons
Management was disappointing. Patient safety concerns weren’t always taken seriously, and issues lacked transparency and accountability. After raising concerns, I felt targeted and was terminated shortly after reporting a safety issue, which I believe was retaliatory. Communication was poor, policies were applied inconsistently, and favoritism was evident. Overall, it felt unsafe to speak up. I cannot recommend this employer to nurses who value ethical leadership and support.
