1) Respect employee sentiments , understand the expectations and know what they don't like doing. 2) better payment standards. 3) prompt salary disbursement 4) strengthen logistics + tech team. 5) make employee benefits like PS4 accessible to other non close friend employees. 6) have the courtesy to smile and talk to non close friend employees 7) don't place random and blind Faith on close friend employees . 8) reply on slack. Ignoring is the worst way to insult a fellow human being. 9) have better laptops to work on. 10) Have a camera fixed . 11) start trusting the right people. 12) have employee outings / dinner / parties . We aren't machines . 13) visit our customer support team once in a while. Well, I think it's accessible . 14) give us basic snack. 15) let us know how company is performing. How much profit , how we are growing if u consider us a part of it. 16) efforts to resolve disputes within the management. 17) Customer support deserves better. Hire better or train better.
