constant changes of upper level management such as HR. In the last 3 months I worked there, they had gone through 3-4 other HR individuals, they instilled a board member as the HR person with little to limited experience. MICRO-MANAGEMENT- at the time, my director would not allow me to go and interact with other departments. She required I CC her on all emails-Yes, even if it was simple response back or if I checked in with another director or supervisor, You will do work of 3 or 4 people depending on your skill- no additional money. I was told it was listed as "other responsibilities" in my job description and either do it or deal with consequences. I tried speaking with the ED, but you have to go through her people first. No one communicates with each other- too many programs to manage. It was not a pleasant working experience
