      The staff is really friendly

      The pay is low, the office is in terrible conditions, management keeps changing standard procedures therefore causing confusion and making it harder to get work done.

      Innovative and positive environment, support from Managers is decent. Pay is ok and incentives and commission structure is attractive in first 90 days

      3 months in I expect a little more structure and support, Technology in the work environment is quite horrendous,
