This company is a very good platform for freshers who want to start their career in accounting. It provides practical exposure to day-to-day accounting activities like GST, TDS, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting. The Accounts Team Lead is very supportive and always ready to guide and clarify doubts. The entire accounts team is cooperative and maintains a positive working environment, which makes learning easier for new employees.

Work pressure can be slightly high during month-end and financial closing periods.

Being in sales with Ekostay is always fun because when I am working I am completely involved when the season is down we chill, watch reels, go to one of our own property and enjoy with friends.
