Pros

You get to work hard for minimal money. Of that's considered a pro for this job. You also get treated like scum. So if you like that, great company to work for

Cons

Minimal pay Long hard days No communication (Important tip. If you do work for them. Make sure you have a paper trail for everything. DO NOT CALL. They will twist words and tell you they never said something they did) Hope you don't ever get sick. Because if you do you are responsible to find someone to cover the wedding. They tell couple they get all their photos, but they actually scam them and only give them the watermarked files. And hold their photos hostage till they pay an exorbitant amount of money. They charge a massive amount to the couples. But you will not get that amount. An additional hour of coverage is about $250 for a couple. You will receive $50 Travel fee is max of $100 and you will have to fight for it if you want it

Pros

Flexible freelance work that can provide supplemental income. Management was generally responsive when communication was needed, and assignments were fairly straightforward. It can be a good opportunity for newer photographers and videographers looking to gain wedding experience.

Cons

Compensation doesn't always match the expectations placed on photographers and videographers. It can be discouraging to see your work receive minimal or inconsistent editing before being delivered to clients. Because of the business model, it can also be difficult to build a meaningful connection with the couples, making the work feel more transactional than personal.
