Pros
You work in a very affluent area with comparable clientele. The food is made to order, and much care and attention is placed on it. No day shifts, except for Sunday Brunch!
Cons
No aprons or bus tubs for busboys, lack of training and communication between front of the house employees, point tipping system seems very skewed. Lack of teamwork for front of the house employees.
