very select group of people who are nice and accommodating. VERY SELECT.

Fired for not being a "culture fit" after terrible time with inconsistent training, personal digs against me, and issues with other employees. was told I "don't take advice well" after talking to hr about an issue, which I'm well within my right to do. treated horribly by middle management who leverage their preexisting friendships with other managers, to the detriment of their team. extremely cliquey, and if you don't fit in to their group, they will get rid of you, without any evidence. irrespective of how great your training was going or how quality your work was. the advisors are rude. the management are dismissive. and the rest of the people in the office were disrespectful. at least the HR lady and my immediate team were nice.

The culture is so welcoming and friendly and the CEO is an amazing man! He always has time for you, knows everyone's names and truly cares. Great flexibility within my role to work from home and travel to different offices. Some roles are not compensated as well as similar roles elsewhere, however, there is so much potential for growth and many long term employees started in low level roles, making there way through the business to find what they are passionate about, which Eight supports wholeheartedly.
