      -Impressive leadership and management -Job security - I have never been afraid that I would lose my job, and the company has had no pay cuts or layoffs -Opportunities for growth in terms of $$$ and upward mobility -Unlimited earning potential -Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients and talented consultants -I work with my best friends and people that challenge me

      Not a con for me, but you get in what you put out! If you do want to build a career, work hard, and the company will invest back in you in so many ways

      Ask your contractor for additional training and you are dismissed
