Having worked in toxic environments before, KBD (formerly 8C) are the complete opposite. Opinions are not only heard but asked for, owner is willing to change and adapt new processes to ensure their team is comfortable and feels safe / looked after.

Remote working GM is nice and means well

Owner is really weird. Immature and childlike. No idea how to run a business and has less experience in the industry than anyone in the company - just look at his linkedin. Chops and changes direction weekly. All he's good at is posting cringey tiktok videos that he thinks will make him famous but are subpar at best. Inflates profits and lies about growth. No stability so expect to have many sleepless nights worrying about your job security
