-Micro Managing by HR (CCTV Cameras, Frequent visits in cafeteria) -HR doesn't care about employee needs/growth -Less appraisals (After having worked hard throughout the year, was told that appraisals aren't performance based only to discourage /demotivate me- What is this?????????????) -Higher retrition (Have seen even senior staff leaving) -Improper culture /POLITICS -Bad Managers - have seen employees being totally humiliated sometimes -No proper training to old loyal employees
