In 3.5 years I was able to grow my career from an individual contributor to a Sales Director, I was offered a ton of support (both in my role and in my personal life), I learned a lot from great leaders, I was challenged and was able to contribute to the company in ways that meant something to the organization. Hard market with a ton of competition. Need to be able to adapt to change which is sometimes viewed negatively however is normal to those who understand that change is not always a bad thing.
