      Pros

      Love the people I work with. Because we're on the smaller side with a start-up vibe still, I'm given a lot of autonomy in my role. This has allowed me to spread my wings, try new methods and processes of effectively completing my work. Lots of room to grow. Always collaborating. I feel supported by my team.

      Cons

      Because we're on the smaller side with a start-up vibe, there's still plenty of room for improvement, especially when it comes to structure and communication. Since being here, I have seen some big improvements and it's clear that leadership is interested in addressing issues as they arise, though it can take some time to fix them.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
