Pros
Its been almost 7 months since i joined Egnyte and found it quite mature for a startup in terms of software development best practices and processes. India is a rather new and rapidly growing setup and hence provides a lot of opportunites for visibility, growth and learning. Besides, there is a good culture of respect, co-operation and ownership and mangement is really working hard to make it even better. Additionally, focus is on quality with encouragement of staged execution for better time to market with managed risk. Last but not least, company follows remote first approach giving us lot of flexibilty to do our work and save our commute time. Having said that, company also plans meetups in various locations twice a year. Overall, great place to work at.
