Pros
Has some of the best engineering folks . Real talent . The scale at which the product operates is really HUGE . Encouraging and supportive team members. Ideas and advises are really taken into consideration and given a practical thought . The opportunity to work 100 % remotely gives another level of individual freedom. The work culture has really been exceptional and truly amazing .
Cons
Work can be overwhelming at times and can seem never ending for small stretches. Certain offices are fully remote which at times can lead to FOMO on social life .
