Fun energetic work environment.. We have scooters, a quiet time place to sit... snacks, ping pong table.... I mean this place is right up there with Google as far as I'm concerned!! The Compensation package is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Great management that works in the trenches with us and give us real time feedback on ways to improve our skills... Education Department is top notch! I have never worked somewhere where so much emphasis is put on education before you ever even hit the floor. The recruiting team is phenomenal! FUN FUN FUN! We have the best meetings management really understands the need for us to play as hard as we work I have never worked somewhere where the company takes us bowling, or to Top golf, or to volunteer at a food bank.... it's just amazing and I feel lucky to work here.....

Some times we get free food.

You are forced to make cold calls to very old leads. You are stuck in a room and not allowed to talk to each other. If you say anything to your coworkers, the managers tell you to stop talking and get back on the phones. The managers are people who have lost their insurance licenses for doing shady business and are so forceful when supposedly trying to help you. You are basically a robot to them. They will tell you the pay/commission structure is one way when you are getting hired on, but once you’re hired they change it and you don’t get paid nearly half of what you expect. They make select people sign papers stating you have to reach a minimum goal or you’ll be fired. Not everyone has to sign them though, so seems pretty prejudice.
