Thank you for sharing your experience and for the work you did for our students and schools. We take feedback like this seriously, and we're sorry to hear your time with us didn't reflect the environment we work hard to build.
We know this work is demanding, and we don't underestimate what our field-based staff carry day to day. At the same time, we stand behind our commitment to our people. Supporting our teams and maintaining the contracts that allow us to serve students consistently aren't competing priorities for us, they go hand in hand.
Every organization has moments where communication or support doesn't land the way it should, and we're always looking to improve. We do have several channels in place for this kind of feedback from regular surveys, HR, and direct support through supervision, and we'd genuinely encourage anyone with concerns to use them while they're still with us, so we have the chance to understand and address what's happening in real time.
