Pros

Patient focused culture and innovation driven company! Very smart and experienced finance organization to work with! People in general at Edwards are very friendly and always willing to help out! Good pay (within market range) and excellent benefits - onsite gym, subsidized lunches, 3 weeks vacation to start with + 1 week Christmas shutdown companywide!

Cons

Work life balance becomes a big challenge to manage during certain times of the year

Pros

All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

Cons

The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
