Great people. They definitely attract some of the best talent in the industry. Great products. Most product are first in class or best in class. Strong senior leadership. Dynamic CEO. Great perks, stock, 401k, benefits, company car.
Cons
Old boys network. Definite favoritism to consistent top performers. Inconsistent, middle of the road or struggling representatives will not have as many opportunities here. Poor talent development. Limitied room for advancement.
