Variety of patients treated by the facility including the Emergency Room. The outpatient services provided. The overall room provided to patients during extended stays for rehabilitation and other services provided by the facility. Loved the patient interactions during my employment at
Cons
The investigatory process demonstrated by Administration as relates to employee issues or concerns. The poor communication as relates to policy changes, changes in employment status, and the overall unprofessional behaviors as demonstrated by various nursing personnel. Trust is a BIG issue currently with the current staff involved with professional events!!!!
