      Pros

      When most of the companies were laying off their employees due to covid, I got an opportunity to join Edvizo in April. They are very flexible in working hours and all. I have worked with other comapnies as well in past, but Edvizo's work culture is little unique. We are given a lot a lot of freedom to implement our own ideas. Before joining my only concern was about the salary, but even at this difficult corona time, they do not make any delay in crediting our salaries.

      Cons

      Since they are growing rapidly, they are doing a lot of experiments. This may be due to the covid pandemic.

      My work was to help in the sponsorship part for the NLCEE Examination. We worked in a team of 4, and every candidate worked for a different stream like Edtech, colleges, FnB, FMCG, hardware, and chatbot-based companies. We have mainly focussed on Edtech, which is new to the market and trying to attract more students. We have created company-specific proposals like what we can provide them and what they can. And in the last few we have also curated question papers for NLCEE EXAM.
