Pros
My work in the company is filled with interesting challenges in development. The projects entrusted to me are very crucial to my career and the company including development and improvement of the core algorithm of Edvicer. The best part of working here is the lack of barrier between lower and higher level of employees including the co-founders. The senior management takes care of developing the skills of the lower level employees and makes sure that we are satisfied with the work. The work load is optimal. The seniors hold our hands in the beginning and let us be independent and explore later.
Cons
The only con that I can think of is work in the weekend. Even though the work load is neither much nor less, since the cofounders and high level employees in this developing startup work in weekends as well, sometimes they give us some work in the weekend as well if it's anything urgent. Although I don't mind it too much, it can be a little unnerving for some people.
