Pros

ETC was my second time interning and must say that I enjoyed the experience immensely. For starts those interested in marketing, operations, or any general business major will do well to intern here. The company is unique in the way that it advertises test preparation services through universities throughout the US. Being a smaller company you will be exposed to nearly every aspect of the business and get a hands-on view of how things go down. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Be prepared to take notes and keep up with multiple projects at a time plus whatever daily duties are going on. You'll learn the basics of Salesforce, Mailchimp, and many others which are nice to add to your list of skills. If you show an interest in an area, you'll likely be able to take up tasks related to that field. I enjoyed the strong team atmosphere the company has and the interesting brainstorming sessions that you’ll over hear as an intern. Plus, there are the occasional team lunches or my personal favorite “Pizza Monday” where the owner Steve takes everyone out on the ETC dime. I felt as if my work directly contributed to function of the business. Overall you can’t go wrong to intern here for a semester.

Cons

The only cons that I would even consider is that being a smaller company there isn't necessarily a lot of possibility to move up in positions but really that is about it.
