Revolving leadership. They pride themselves on creating a great company culture. But what you actually got was favoritism and no room for pay increases if you worked in the corporate office. Nepotism at its highest when the family had the ultimate decision on simple everyday decisions which left upper leadership feeling like they could not go against the family. The school charters kept closing which in return that each year end they would lay off people without warning only to rehire new people. Later on they decided to form new companies and split the charters into their own company as well as split the services at the corporate office that was complete chaos. The new companies they formed are Skyrocket Education Inc, 9Dot Solutions and Propel A Charter Management Company, Inc
