Pros
First, I want to clear up a little confusion. I worked for Education Connection that is now EdAdvance. The company is a non-profit based in CT. It is a good company that cares about its employees and offers good benefits and competitive wages. The management is easy to talk to and want to work with their employees to ensure their success. The program that I worked for is a small part of the whole company. It was made up of only a few staff and it was important that everyone was willing to communicate and work together. The curriculum for the program was developed by everyone on the staff and reflected the team dynamic.
Cons
The former head of the company was very far removed from the individual programs that they oversaw. The new executive director (of what is now EdAdvance) has changed the structure of the management and is leading the company in a much more positive direction.
