outdated features too expensive poor management

* you can work in slow pace and no one will notice

* old technology * management don't allow refactoring of code and wait until somethings broke again * for most of ppl this is first place of work and they don't have experience to be leaders * mobbing (especially in Customer Success) is on daily schedule and still they don't fire ppl responsible for this
