Pros
Great brands &, for the most part, very good group of people to work with. Benefits were above industry standard.
Cons
Small company trying to establish themselves as best in the industry...however, without the proper resources to do so. The company is young, reckless and unorganized. Their ethos of "great brands, great people, and giving more" may have been accurate before they split from Remy. The brands are great; that hasn't changed. However, they could truly care less about their people as they strive to reach their goal: to be the best spirits supplier in the industry. Your personal best will never be good enough. Think I'm being cliche? The joke among the sales team (including upper management) when speaking of our progress was to follow it with "good...but NOT GOOD ENOUGH!" Literally-- that's what everyone began saying and it became the company culture. As for giving more, they may give profits to a non-profit trust which should make you feel good about going to work every day. However, in my opinion, a company that treats its closest employees poorly but openly boasts about giving to charity may be giving for the wrong reasons. Company moral was extremely low when I left & from what I hear it has only declined.
