Pros

The office space, the people the benefits everything they could offer you they do and a little fro yo icing on top.

Cons

The company preaches work life balance but what does that mean and to who? Everything depends on your direct manager and the cultural of your department. At the end of the day you make your own decisions and your boss may talk out of both sides of his mouth. Be careful when listening to managers advice. Decisions can be made quickly from brief conversations.

Thank you for visiting our page and leaving a thoughtful review! Many companies talk the talk when it comes to work-life balance, but Edmunds prides itself on being able to walk the walk. It is no easy feat balancing the two, particularly when demands are high. That is why we encourage results, not clock watching. In fact, this is one of the main reasons TripCa$h was instituted this year. The company wanted to emphasize to employees the importance of time away from work, and what better way to do this than with paid, paid vacation? We know that when employees have an opportunity reboot, they are that much more productive and happy. The Employment Experience team is happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding conversations you can have with your manager or to discuss any of our offerings to help make work-life balance a reality for you.

Pros

My experience here has been exceptional. The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, a supportive culture, and generous perks, all within a fully remote setup. The team is genuinely caring, and I've found ample opportunities for growth thanks to the ability to rotate teams. I initially planned to stay for a copule years before moving to a big tech company, but I've been so impressed that I've been here for many years and plan to stay longer.

Cons

Since the company operates on a nearly full-remote model, there are fewer opportunities for in-person socialization; however, the option to work from the office is always available for those who want to connect with colleagues. While the compensation is competitive and by no means low, it is important to note that it is less than what's offered by major tech companies, and no stock options are included as part of the compensation package.
