We are so glad you are enjoying the exposure to technology. Events like the recent block-chain hackathon are intended to give people visibility whether they work in the group or not. The new office and perks of working here, including the froyo, but well beyond that are something the Company is quite proud of. Regarding some of the concerns you expressed. I am confused by the comment that surveys will no longer sent out, as that is definitely not the case. Employee surveys will continue, as will the ones we send out following events like the All Company Meeting and Picnics which were held last week. Its very important to leadership to have feedback and build off it. As for operations, as a current employee, we assume you know that is a group that is presently in the midst of continual evolution. We are very proud of the work that team has been doing, but also recognize that there is always room for improvement. We continue to explore how new processes, tools, and technology can better support the business.Finally, we realize that not all employees will have a favorable opinion of all managers, but we are launching some management training courses that are intended to help those who may be newer leaders be the best they can for their teams.
