Sexist Admin - Anonymous employee Edmonds Community College Employee Review

Three people have the school in a stranglehold of political power plays. Everyone who works here knows who. Brown-nosing required. Pres and HR are terrible. People are fired regularly, leaving everyone else afraid to speak up. Even though higher ed is dominated by women, they are paid less than men in similar positions at this school. Workplace culture is toxic. Most of the staff quit during the pandemic but no changes.
