Great place to work but IT salary restructure initiated by OFM wrongly classified IT Customer Support jobs - IT Customer Support Edmonds Community College Employee Review

Declining enrollment and budget issues (Higher Ed industry as a whole). Lots of turnover in every department but lots of vacated positions not getting rehired. I absorbed the duties of 3 colleagues who left because of a botched IT salary restructure. The harder you work, the more duties you get assigned, which I don't mind but not getting compensated for it is demoralizing.
