Compassionate executive leadership and family-oriented company. They promote from within so this is an opportunity to start in the industry and grow your career. They're willing to train if you're open to learn. Hourly employees get your 40 hours a week even if its slow.
Cons
Long hours & weekends. As an hourly employee, you can make a lot of OT. Almost no work/life balance. Almost no PTO in the first year. Starting pay is lower than competition.
