The manager was consistently rude, unsupportive, and created a stressful environment. Constant criticism, no guidance, and isolating behaviour made it impossible to work creatively. HR is unhelpful, and higher management acts very unprofessionally. Overall, a very unhealthy and demoralising place to work.
