5yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the company, and sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of career progression for you within the company. At EditShare, our global team and our values are at the heart of everything we do, and as we continue to grow as a global business our goal is to invest more strategically in our employees and the communities we support. Some of the exciting things on the agenda for this year is the roll out of job ladders which provides a clear and consistent definition of jobs, structures, and associated career paths and opportunities within the business. In addition last year we launched our reward and peer to peer recognition platform which gives all our employees, managers, and executives the ability to recognise each other with a personal message and reward points. We are also excited to launch more reward initiatives for our employees later on this year. We look forward to continued feedback from the team.
