Pros
Great benefits, work-life balance is promoted and encouraged. There is room and opportunity for advancement that are based off of more than just seniority which is not the case in public sector heath care. I truly feel valued as a person and as a team member.
Cons
Every work place will have some ups and downs. Morale is low at times especially during times of change. Sometimes it can feel that all team members voices are not heard or valued especially those in non-leadership positions.
