The work at Edgewood tends to be rewarding, as it grants many networking opportunities. The work culture is also very good, and I have developed numerous positive relationships with coworkers.
Cons
The only complaint I have is that there were sometimes too many employees, and I was unable to get as many shifts as I would have liked.
The company was not at all friendly towards employees who required help. I was essentially quiet fired for something that happened due to the fault and lack of coordination by the manager, and company at large. Overall, horrible management, no coordination, and unhealthy, competitive environment.
