New lead thinks wfh is bad for work they haven't given hikes since almost 3yrs then asked people to come to office to get medicore hikes(3-5%) for working for 3yrs. Company itself is trap with 3 months notice period you will be stuck here for long time no one cares about growth or new ways to work on stuff still stuck on legacy stuff due to management. People who care about development have already left rest are waiting for their retirement its a sinking ship.There is no way to grow out of current role they had launched platform to apply to other jobs in org but even for that minor bump in salary would be there after you fullfill out there criteria for it.
