-Everyone has a say in almost every decision - people DO care about your opinion -The team members are pretty close to each other, I consider most of my colleagues friends -The work environment/team culture is amazing -You can always rely on your teammates, no matter what -Full transparency between the team members -Learning opportunities - can learn a LOT from the more experienced team members

I honestly can't think of anything

Great bunch of people So many opportunities to get involved in different aspects of the business to help develop your skill sets Everyone is treated equal and encouraged to have a voice and share ideas Pay is above average and good options scheme to share in the company's success. Remote working A lot of autonomy and trust given but with that comes responsibility.

Good and bad is that it is fast moving, lots to do and limited resource. Small company with current remote working so sometimes miss the office environment. Only small team at the moment but growing.
