Everyone cares - Customer Service Representative Edge Financial Employee Review

Although I have been here a short time in comparison to a lot of my colleagues who have been here for years I love it. My manager Jade is amazing. She seems to care about every individual employee, checks in all the time and is constantly working with all of us. Her meetings are super positive! I feel like the training is in depth and sets every employee up for success.
