If you can be patient and stick around, getting promoted isn't too difficult.

There are a lot. Pay is as low as possible, you will only get more once you threaten to quit. Culture isn't very good at all, and that comes from the top. Promotions only are possible because as you get higher in the company it gets more and more difficult to stay. Job duties constantly increase for no raise in pay. It also gets extremely stressful when working with the owner, who in turn stresses out the employees below him and so forth. The employees are really cool, but are stressed and overworked.
