We do agree the recruitment industry is changing, just as others are being disrupted. Digital technology is changing many industries and we have adapted to a changing business environment many times in our 14 years of business and we will continue to adapt.
We think our business is reasonably well balanced in terms of gender split. Our board is 40% female and 80% of our top consultants last year were female. Our flat management structure ensures the directors and managers spend time with the team and our corporate golf days are always well received by our clients.
Personal development is very important to us as a business. When our consultant develop and increase their skills, we develop as a business and we grow together. We do try and tailor our training to the needs of the consultants but of course we could always do better so we will review how this is working.
Being more innovative and having fun is great advice. We are always trying to inject fun into proceedings, our regular monthly drinks (with chilled wine and beer), team parties and nights out are well received. We are also focused on innovating to stay ahead of the competition but as we mentioned at the start it is an ever evolving market place which we are committed to succeeding in.
