None other than it was close to home

No real interview process, just a meeting with one person no questions asked. No benefits or incentives to work here, 30 min unpaid lunch added onto your usual 8 hours of work, made the days drag. One rule for one and one for another in quite a few situations. Overall felt like a quite hostile environment.

Varied routes, lots of different customers. Everyone gets on and management are nice and look after you. Hours are flexible so can get done early if you get a good route. Always different routes so keeps you busy
