      Excellent training Good benefits Was used by many people to learn and obtain experience over the years

      Cons

      Last 10 years company suffered from bad management and poor decision making leading to it’s eventual demise just short of their 100 year anniversary.

      Overtime pay is a hassle to receive. Management doesnt care about employee issues Headoffice offers very little support
