Pros
There are some interesting projects going on and it is a great place to learn job skills / politics. Great place to get experience when you want to advance your career, but only if this is your 1st or 2nd job in the field, otherwise it could end up holding you back.
Cons
Compensation is quite below par. Upper management is in denial about their inability to handle employee dissatisfaction, will force their employees to decamp if evidence of their intent to leave is given. Software development is plagued with inefficiencies.
