Pros
1) Can learn about many microcontrollers,dsp boards and Analog systems etc.. from TI. 2) Will gain public speaking confidence as we need to travel premier institutes of India(IITs,NITs etc...) and deliver workshops for faculties and students. 3)Extra Allowance is given for paid workshops only.
Cons
1) Salary is very low 2) Management is bad and partial 3) No health benefits and bonus 4) Very minimum amount will be given for accomodation and food per day when you travel outstation. 5) Need to stay for 3 years minimum.
